CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your appointment total. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in loss of the deposit. Appointments changed before the 48-hour window may transfer the deposit toward a future appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the deposit being retained and unable to be applied toward a future appointment. We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals after 10 minutes will be subject to a $15 late fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Please understand that appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, and last-minute cancellations greatly affect scheduling and availability.
